Indochina: four complete Zeniths
Indochine will be in concert throughout France, Belgium and Switzerland in 2025, with four dates at the Zénith in Toulouse, on March 11, 12, 14 and 15, which is rather rare for artists. Before them, only Mylène Farmer in 2009 and Bigflo & Oli in 2018 had achieved such a feat. This monumental tour, called “Arena Tour”, will bring Nicola Sirkis’ group to the largest venues in the country, including the Accor Arena in Paris, with a scenography that promises to be grandiose. The public will be there, since everything has been sold out since the day tickets went on sale. Indochina shatters attendance records with each new tour. He released his fourteenth studio album, “Babel Babel”, in September.

A prosperous year for the Opéra du Capitole
After adding an additional performance of Verdi’s “Nabucco” to open the season, the Opéra national du Capitole continues on its path to success. “Orphée aux enfers” by Jacques Offenbach will be performed from January 24 to February 2. This magical opera is already very popular with fans who have reserved their place for several months. The show will once again be there when we know that the staging is by the daring Olivier Py.
From March 26 to April 6, “Norma” and its famous aria “Casta diva” will allow two leading casts to be heard in Toulouse with Karine Deshayes and Claudia Pavone in the title role. This lyrical tragedy in two acts magnificently performed by Maria Callas will be directed by Anne Delbée while Hervé Niquet will conduct the Orchester national du Capitole.
Another great moment of stage and lyrical singing with Wagner’s “The Phantom Ship” from May 16 to 27. This new production is directed by Michel Fau, another great man of the theater and placed under the direction of German conductor Frank Beermann who conducted the Orchestra so well last January in “The Woman Without a Shadow” by Richard Strauss. Without forgetting the Ballet du Capitole which will offer its “Danced Songs” from the repertoire of Barbara and Brel, from March 7 to 12, and its creation “Coppélia” from April 18 to 25.

For its 30th anniversary, from June 11 to 15, Rio Loco will also look into the sky, choosing to name this anniversary edition “Supernova”. A nod to the stars who have marked the history of the festival, to the shooting and rising stars with always emerging artists. This spatial pretext will allow us to evoke this collector’s edition which will bring together the best of the 30 years of the festival with certainly a focus on Brazil which had enchanted the Prairie des Filters in 2005, while 2025 marks the start of the France Brazil Season .
