Between the ages of 17 and 29, i.e. between 2010 and 2022, Agathe Pujol says she was the victim of repeated rape and sexual assault by the actor, 40 years her senior. The one who was looking to break into the industry and who says she was “under the influence” of Philippe Caubère claims to have also been raped by dozens of men recruited by the actor on dating sites. Agathe Pujol filed a complaint in October 2023.

The daily also collected the testimony of a second alleged victim, Pauline Dorcel, who filed a complaint in early 2023 for sexual assault. The young woman accuses Philippe Caubère of fellatio and masturbation imposed in 2012, when she was only 16 years old. The third alleged victim in this case, Flora, denounces having been the victim of messages of a sexual nature from the actor in 2017 when she was only 14 years old.
The investigation is underway to determine whether Philippe Caubère, currently presumed innocent, will actually be prosecuted for these facts, but the actor informed Liberationvia his lawyers, that he refutes all these accusations.
