President of the Artem Association, Élisabeth Mounic practices contemporary painting and ink. This artist, who received the Tarbes Academic Palms Prize in 2012, invited the curious “on the path of a dialogue between the visible and the invisible, space and time”. His technique is to use oil paint and Indian ink “in an endless, constantly evolving quest, in search of aesthetic emotion”. Trained at the Tarbes School of Arts, she exhibits in France, Spain and Morocco.
Passions and emotions
After the painting of Élisabeth Mounic, time for the crystallization of Marie-Pierre Majourau for whom “water is a determining element”. In 2010, she joined the national collective of glassmakers Dare d’Art and participated in various group exhibitions. “Glass heated to high temperature is a slowly cooling liquid. It freezes, becomes wrinkles, states, bubbling or crystallizations. I develop pieces that I love and that I hope arouse emotions. I like the matte, shiny, transparent contrast.”

Self-taught, Marité Redin has been working on the land for 35 years. “I touched earth very young.
