“I can’t smile anymore”: singer Meghan Trainor regrets her numerous botox injections

Time for regrets for Meghan Trainor. In an episode of the “Workin on it” podcast, the American singer made some confessions about her use of botox. The singer of the very famous song “All about that Bass” assures that his smile has changed a lot after his use of botox.

“I’ve had too much Botox and I need help,” the 30-year-old first joked on a recent episode of her podcast, which she hosts with her brother Ryan Trainor and Daryl Sabara. “I made a mistake. I used Botox a few times, on my forehead,” she says at first. “Someone convinced me that with my labia minora if I made a lip flip (…) I could have a fuller upper lip,” the singer continues.

“I could have had one for the first time in my 30 years of existence… but it wasn’t true,” she despairs. Indeed, the “lip flip”, this method which consists of injecting botox into the muscle of the upper lip to relax it and give it a fuller appearance, did not have the expected effect on the artist, so much so that his smile is no longer the same at all.

“My face hurts”

“I can’t smile anymore. Look, this is the biggest smile I can do,” the “Made You Look” singer continues, attempting to flash her biggest smile. “Now I can’t see him anymore, and everywhere I go I can’t smile. My face hurts just to smile, even to try,” laments Meghan Trainor.

If she is therefore finished with botox injections, the American artist does not intend to stop there with cosmetic surgery. Later in the same episode of her podcast, she revealed that she was planning to have breast surgery.
