A video made the rounds on the social network A crowd quickly gathered in front of the performance hall.

This Sunday, December 1, a video made the rounds on social networks, we could see the group U2, or rather a group of lookalikes pretending to be U2, singing in front of the Bataclan. Among them, Pavel Sfera, official Bono impersonator. However, the joke did not really make the management of the Bataclan or the associations of victims of November 13 laugh.

They tried to enter the auditorium

The three friends therefore wanted to go inside, into the performance hall, explaining that this would allow them to sing in tribute to the victims of November 13. In reality, they are accused of wanting to do a photo shoot for their promotion.

“This is a joke in very bad taste which has probably overwhelmed them themselves and to which we do not wish to give more attention than it deserves”reacted the Bataclan to our colleagues from Parisian. “They introduced themselves as U2 before admitting it was a joke.“The performance hall has decided not to take legal action.
