After having hosted a show on one of her great passions, fashion, Mariana Mazza will soon host a new magazine about another of her interests: literature.

It was Radio-Canada who made the announcement this Tuesday morning, July 2, revealing that the comedian will share his love of reading with Open book.

The one who herself published her novel Montreal North in 2022 will meet with stakeholders from the literary industry, artists who will show him their libraries as well as experts who will answer his questions.

Moreover, as she has become accustomed to doing as a columnist at Good evening!Mariana will be happy to make suggestions for books to read, both for viewers and for her guests.

The main person concerned was also delighted to share the good news with her subscribers on Facebook.

“This winter, I am presenting to you a project that is close to my heart.

Following the literary chronicles on Bonsoir Bonsoir which gave me back the bug of talking about books to those who want to, my team had an idea: Why not a literary show?

I’ll visit the libraries of your favorite artists (like, artists you don’t think will accept my request).

I will ask questions to experts from all walks of life (including an incredible insomnia professional) and speakers in the literary world.

I’ll even give you some express literary recommendations.

It’s a joy to shoot this show. I love every second of my encounters.

And it will be presented on Art Tv and Ici Radio Canada this winter. Just in time to warm you up.”
