The music festival has just passed, and the summer cultural events are coming one after the other: now it’s time for Tous dehors!
On Saturday, July 6, from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., the cultural department of the City of Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe is organizing its “Tous dehors” festival dedicated to street and circus arts, free and for all. Meet at 6 p.m. at the Messale stadium for the animal circus show “La tournée du Facteur” offered by the Andjaï company, an unusual and sensitive duo between a dreamy postman and an acrobatic horse accompanied by an inspired musician.
At Georges Spénale Park, find the gourmet market of local merchants to eat all evening on site thanks to Ô Bouchers, the Affinités cheese shop, La Boîte à Nat, Chai mon caviste, Pâtisserie Durand, les Thés d’Alfred and the teenagers from the youth service. At 4 p.m., the Alchymère company offers circus with “Boris sur les planches”. Boris is a researcher in metaphysics. In a juggling style served by the “domino” effect, boards and clubs approach the theme of science and metaphysics in an absurd logic. Boris offers a conference to teach his audience some of his most accomplished experiments. At 5 p.m., a juggling and dance duo, Happy Face, will present “Passe par la fenêtre et cours”. Somewhere between juggling, dance and theater, they seek to express the little fears of life. They juggle like avoiding obstacles, and get excited about stirring up what’s in their guts to find a way out, to face the reality around them. At 7:15 p.m., music with Boogie Van and his vinyl mix while Guillaume Devidal will create live stencil graffiti. Finally, at 9:30 p.m., Happy Face will return to the stage with the musical show “Gimmick”. Armed with his two turntables and a mountain of vinyl, Boris comes on stage with the grandiose goal of uniting, gathering, and becoming one with all the individualities. This new kind of record player will give his all for a moment of communion.
