The Tulle accordion festival had a meteorological sword of Damocles hanging over its head this Saturday, June 29. Finally, almost all the concerts were able to take place, to the great delight of an audience that was inevitably a little sparse.

More fear than harm. The second evening of Nuits de Nacre, the Tulle accordion festival, took place almost without a hitch this Saturday, June 29.

In the middle of the afternoon, the organizers decided to maintain most of the concerts, with the exception of those scheduled on the stage of the Quai Baluze. Wet from the scattered showers that fell in the afternoon, the floor would have been too slippery for fans of traditional music.

In the bars too, the concerts were reorganized, but customers were able to enjoy an unforgettable Bamba or a good old rock’n’roll, here a good dose of know-how from a Special Partner. Elsewhere, a few well-conducted hurdy-gurdy tricks.

Music that warms you up

Places Tavé and Gambetta, the Nuits de Nacre were in full swing. An audience that was admittedly a little sparse but, despite the cool weather, grew stronger over the hours, and was always happy to warm up to the Brazilian rhythms of the trio Barakuja, the rock accents of La Tournée du Bocal, the festive music of the yeux d’la tête or the energy of Mr Princk.
