This week, discover how we choose, produce and broadcast a documentary. Laurent Dereux receives PIerre-Jérome Montenot, editor in charge documentaries for Wéo.

From the financial arrangement to the production files, the road before broadcast can be long. Today, the channel orders between 15 and 20 documentaries per year. Picatanovo participates in the financing of these chosen productions via a steering committee.

On the France 3 side, it is the channel which provides cash financing or production assistance for around twenty documentaries per year.
