This last weekend of June promises to be full of events in Toulouse. Here is our selection of outings to do in the Pink City on June 29 and 30, 2024.

#1. Let’s go to the Toulouse festival

The Toulouse festival returns for a new season from June 29 to July 13. To start the program, two concerts this weekend: Tatiana Gronti and the gospel symphony orchestra, at 9 p.m., Saturday at the Théâtre Barrière casino, and Kim Higelin and Vanessa Benelli Mosell, at the Saint-Pierre des Cuisines auditorium, at 6 p.m. on Sunday.

#2. Naps

This is one of the unmissable events of this month of June: the return of naps. Until June 30, come to the Compans-Caffarelli garden for this free open-air festival dedicated to “adventurous music”.

#3. Just post it

The festival dedicated to tango and Argentine culture is held until July 7 throughout Toulouse. 15 days of tango that begin this weekend, with concerts, demonstrations and balls. The full program can be found on the festival website.

#4. Firefighters on fire!

THE firefighters from the Toulouse Atlanta barracks are organizing their first ball this Saturday, June 29. On the program: concert, DJ, food truck and firefighter show.

#5. The Marathon of Words

The 20eedition of the Marathon of Words is held in Toulouse until June 30. It honors literature in all its forms, its stars and its rising writers and texts, books, poems, stories and novels which all take the pulse of the world in which we live.

#6. Triple crunch rugby at XIII

It’s a big rugby league event this Saturday at the Ernest-Wallon stadium. On the day’s programme, 3 matches. At 3:30 p.m.: France / England women; at 6 p.m.: France / England men; at 9 p.m.: Toulouse Olympique / Featherstone Rovers.
