Three friends decided to combine their talents and highlight them as part of an exhibition, at 6 rue des Bains, in Dieppe (Seine-Maritime). These three artistes are Florence Egrix, Béatrice Dagan and Sylvain Georges.

The last two have already exhibited, but for Florence Egrix, this is a great first. She has been doing oil painting for 20 years now. “This is what has always driven me,” she confides. But since her arrival in Dieppe, she has taken up drawing more.

Dieppe as a common thread

In the gallery, in the window, it is possible to admire his black and white paintings. And inside, she reveals her works in ink and watercolor.

In this exhibition, visible until November 30, 2024, “there is no theme, but Dieppe remains the common thread through my photos and Béatrice’s paintings,” explains Sylvain Georges, photographer.

With his lens, he presents various landscapes of Dieppe from “an artistic, minimalist, experimental angle. Through my photographs, I try to sublimate scenes that seem banal,” he continues.

Béatrice Dagan is more into impressionism and the figurative. She paints “many scenes where Dieppois can identify,” continues the photographer. Around sixty works can be found.
