This year again, for three days, the city will vibrate non-stop to the rhythm of music shows, dance, street theater, circus, and much more, from the Street Arts Festival – Let’s Lizardons in the Street. On the Jean-Jaurès, Saint-Nicolas, Mirabeau, and Saint-Pierre squares, but also during the Republic and at the Maison de la Culture (…), twelve places will come alive under the amazed gaze of little ones. and great ones thanks to talented artists – singers, musicians, dancers, circus performers… -.

Some will also put on a show during dreamlike, and even comical wanderings from one place to another.

Let’s Lizard in the Street, a small festival which has won over the Pertuisian public over the years (it was created in 2013), “responds to a craze for shows outside the wallsentrusts the elected official for culture, Marie-Ange Conté.

Indeed, “Street arts, in addition to their festive side, have the great virtue of annihilating the intimidating effect of cultural establishments, theaters and other places of performance. Furthermore, if the public is more and more fond of these shows, it is because they are free, and their duration is generally short, which makes it possible to see several in a row, given the diversity of the proposals. All of this contributes to beautiful moments of family sharing, hence the presence of an intergenerational audience“.
