Notice to metal fans: the dates for Hellfest 2025 have just been announced, as well as the opening of the ticket office. This new edition of the festival will take place from June 19 to 22, 2025. Four-day passes will go on sale on Tuesday July 9, at 1 p.m., on the tickets.hellfest.fr website.
Everything indicates that this 2025 vintage will take place in Clisson, in Loire-Atlantique, the historic venue for this unmissable event for fans of extreme music. The schedule is not yet known.
You should not miss the opening date of the ticket office: last year, they sold out in the space of a few minutes. Tradition dictates that 1-day passes go on sale a few months later.
Recent controversies
The 2024 edition of Hellfest will be held from June 27 to 30 in Clisson in Loire-Atlantique. In total, 179 groups will perform on the stage of this high mass of hard rock. Among them, the headliners MetallicaFoo Fighters and The Offspring but also Shaka PonkDropkick Murphy or The Prodigy.
For its 2023 edition, Hellfest, the largest metal festival in Europe, welcomed 340,000 spectators. But the event was marked by several controversies: many festival regulars protested against an increase in the price of tickets but also about the programming of artists convicted of domestic violence.
