TULLE. Dedications. The Espace Culturel Leclerc de Tulle will welcome Véronique Billard-Vergne from 2:30 p.m. for her book History of old Tulle – The pharmacy of Trech 1778 to the present day. The history of the Pharmacie du Trech is intertwined with that of the district of the same name, at the gates of the historic city walls of Tulle. From the Ancien Régime to the post-war period, three dynasties of apothecaries and then pharmacists succeeded one another. This story, considering in depth the journey of these families, constitutes a precious testimony to the past of old Tulle.
