The popular astrologer Andrée D’Amour has given up the ghost

The popular astrologer Andrée D’Amour, who became known for her numerous books on the subject, has died at the age of 88.

This is the magazine The Week who shared the sad news of the death of Mme Andrée D’Amour, born Renée Haineault, occurred on October 27, 2024.

“She is survived by, in addition to her partner [Pierrette Desaulniers]his brother Gilles Haineault; as well as all his distant relatives, his friends and the many readers of his astrology books,” indicated the Funeral Center on its website.

A successful author for decades, her books sold like hot cakes in bookstores all over the world. The astrologer, who was loved by Quebecers, had collaborated with numerous magazines, including Monday, Moi&cie et The Week.

“I always tell people that the trends are there, but that everything always starts from the choice we make. This is why I find astrology interesting and useful,” declared Mme d’Amour in interview at Quebec Journal.
