The National Radio and Television Company (SNRT) welcomes a newcomer: director and writer Ayoub El Aïassi, recently appointed deputy director of cultural programs. His appointment formalizes the creation of the cultural programs department within the SNRT. “The appointment of El Aïassi to this new direction, attached to the Central Directorate of Antenna and Production, demonstrates that the SNRT is part of a strategy aimed at strengthening the presence of culture through diversified programs and quality, targeting a wide audience», Indicates a press release from the SNRT.

With more than twenty years of experience, Ayoub El Aïassi has managed a production company and several cultural and artistic institutions. He has also organized numerous international events and congresses, representing Morocco at various cultural events on the world stage.

Renowned for his innovative vision and his major contributions to the audiovisual sector, El Aïassi has produced and directed several films, both fiction and documentaries, and has written scripts for films and series. He is also the author of articles and in-depth reports on audiovisual, published in the national press.

Ayoub El Aïassi graduated from the Higher School of Visual Arts, with a specialization in cinema and audiovisual, and followed training in screenwriting at the National Higher School of Audiovisual at the Jean Jaurès University of . He also followed training in transmedia, storytelling and narrative architecture as part of the Euro-Med Audiovisual program. Currently, he is preparing an international master’s degree in business administration at HEC Liège.
