She’s back in the spotlight. Ecco, singer-songwriter and pianist from Besançon () will give a concert at Trois Baudets on October 25, 2024 at 8 p.m.

During this concert, the one who was a semi-finalist on the show The Voice in 2018 will sing accompanied by a cellist, a guitarist and her piano. “I’m going to cover songs from my last EP and songs from my new album”, reveals the 23-year-old young woman.

Ecco defines his musical universe as French song inspired by many different styles: Rock, Jazz, neo-classical. “I now try to make the music that most resembles me, without trying to fit into boxes or formats. It’s the music as it springs out”.

For someone who has just finished her master’s degree in law and who is now completely dedicated to music, this concert represents a lot. “It’s my first real headlining concert and what’s more, in a legendary venue where all the greats of French song are making their debut,” she explains with emotion.

For the first part, I chose my friends. They do French pop variety and it’s followed by my concert.

The singer hopes that this concert will allow her to make a breakthrough in her career: “I invited quite a few professionals and above all, it’s a filmed concert and it’s from that that I’m going to approach behind it to do other dates”.

Ecco moved away from music because her studies took up a lot of her time. This break made him realize the essential place that music had in his life: “It made me realize how vital it was for me. If I don’t make music, I won’t have succeeded in life, I won’t have been aligned with who I am.”.

She was also able to realize the type of music she wanted to go towards. Due to pressure from certain players in the music industry, such as producers, who have financial interests, the young woman may have lost sight of her first interest in her art.

I didn’t know who I was anymore and I had to take a good break to get back to basics. I want to make music without compromise.

Remember that Ecco has a particular attachment to his city of origin. She did all her schooling in Besançon and studied at the city’s conservatory. Today, the Franche-Comté woman lives between Paris and the Doubs prefecture.
