The Art à la carte association and the Presbytère based in Ardenay-sur-Mérize, are hosting, as part of the Ardenay Art Festival, two gospel concerts by the group Archange Gospel, this weekend, which will will continue with a Festiswing project in July.
Archangel Gospel is led by Malik Young with an incredible voice. He sang for the greatest such as Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Mariah Carey. He is featured in numerous musical comedies. He is also the current choir director of the famous Gospel pour Cent Voix in Paris.

Festiswing in July
This concert also kicks off the Swing Gospel Festival scheduled in the town on July 4 and 5: A dancing concert, swing dancers who invite you to swing dance to the tunes of Lulu Djaz band and Eric Luter son of the famous trumpeter, Claude Luter, friend among others of Boris Vian.
Saturday is already planned for a gospel jazz aperitif as the first part: Who invite the participants to sing together with Archangel gospel who in the afternoon will lead a course learning to perform some gospel pieces. In the evening, the trainees will perform the first part of the show by Jean-Pierre Derouard’s large orchestra.
