Up to eight hours of work

Lola Renard carries out her artistic makeup, one creation per month, in your roomusing a professional suitcase offered by his parents. It opens onto a mirror surrounded by daylight lighting. Water or oil paint, beads, glitter, brushes, pencils, everything is there. All that remains is to find inspiration. “ Mostly in my imaginationsometimes in photos of other makeup artists,” says Lola Renard. A make-up asks him from one to eight hours of work.

Hiding the eyebrows can take thirty minutes. Cover with pearls, three hours.

However, she erases her work twenty minutes later, “just enough time to take a photo of it and possibly show it to my loved ones. »

The Fear on the City program in Ifs

Tuesday October 22, in Ifs, the second edition of Peur sur la Ville will begin with three free events, upon registration at the library on 02 14 37 29 93: at 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., creation of stamp monsters with a visual artist. At 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., reading mats and mini thrills for 2-7 year olds. At 6 p.m., creation of horror film posters, from 8 years old. Note that on October 25, the library will offer a Halloween board games afternoon, for ages five and up. Fear of the City will continue at 6:30 p.m. in the Ifs forest car park, with three activities reserved for participants in the investigation game and the storytelling walk (at 7:30 p.m.): oversized wooden games, horror make-up by Lola Renard and her volunteers and a painting workshop of her worst nightmares with the Youth Project and the AJA 16-25 service. Lola counts around 200 artistic makeups since its beginnings, fifty of which she has entered in her book. Lola will be accompanied by four volunteers that she trained on Wednesday October 9. It will also have transformed the entire organizing team present: around twenty faces for 10-15 minutes per face.
