the essential
Meals, music, entertainment… The meeting of the Medieval and Popular Academy promises good times this weekend.

From October to April, the Termes tower will come alive with musical evenings. The “TroubaTour” section of the Medieval and Popular Academy of Termes, made up of a new dynamic and festive team led by Christophe Moro, has put together a very varied, qualitative program for these winter evenings.

The first will take place on Saturday October 19 from 8 p.m. in the Mousquetaires room of the tower and it is the duo “The CrossRoad Project” who will have the honor of hosting this first meeting. . Two musicians, Sophie on bass and cello and Ronny on vocals, will lead you to tunes of blues and pure rock while performing poetic and sometimes committed texts, in French and English.

Warm moments

These TroubaTour evenings will begin with a convivial meal (cooked dishes such as rougail sausage, stew, etc.) in order to bring the public together around a warm and festive moment. The volunteers’ leitmotif is: “to give pleasure and make people smile”

Christophe Moro would like to thank the Medieval and Popular Academy of Termes which trusts the new project of the TroubaTour section. The Academy operates very democratically; when members speak they are listened to and all debates take place in joy and good humor.

All that remains is to wish these events, which are destined to evolve over time, a success identical to that of the summer events even if it is increasingly difficult to offer such high-quality programming with the tight budget of an association. .
