They don’t live together but it’s definitely a creative shared accommodation which is located on the 1st floor of 39 rue Gambetta, in Le Mans ().

In the same place, baptized The 39are brought together interior designers, a tailor-made costume designer and a communications agency. The venue will celebrate its inauguration at the end of September.

By joining forces, the three stakeholders wanted to find a place that reflected their image and that would allow them to motivate each other. It was also more financially manageable to come together to rent the premises.

“It’s a happy creative roommatein several areas,” rejoices Aurélie Fauque, who runs the interior design agency A + with her husband Mickaël. “We are independent and we can create partnerships for expansion of our societies.

The couple met Lila Chassais, co-founder of the communications agency The Little Shoot, in Créapolis, and this meeting led to the idea of ​​moving into shared premises (even if everyone has their own space).

We all come from creative studies and this creates a hyper stimulating and fruitful emulsion which allows us to rise upwards.

Until then, Léa Charon, founder of The Tales Workshopcreated her wedding dresses and tailor-made suits at home. A home-based activity that did not allow her to take a real break.

“Being here allows me to have a professional and personal life. Otherwise, we tend not to stop,” she confides.

Everyone brings their point of view to others. We are all business leaders: we have the same expectations, the same stress. We can talk about our worries and motivate each other!

She now has her own room with her workshop, and a large changing room for fittings. “It’s good to feel surrounded, I came looking for the feeling of not being alone.”

So far, companies have not had the opportunity to work all three together on the same project. “We give each other contacts but working on a project together would be the Holy Grail,” highlights Lila Chassais.

The ideal for this: a mansion who would need interior design advice, a website and costumes for a photo shoot…
