On November 17, the town of Ouzouer-le-Marché hosted the first Well-being and Vitality day, organized by the Well-being and Vitality en Beauce association, created in 2023. This day, dedicated to physical health and mental, attracted many participants. Visitors were able to participate in various collective workshops led by local professionals. Among the most popular, the memory gym, which helped stimulate the cognitive abilities of the participants, or the taiji and yoga sessions, real moments of relaxation for the body and mind.
Twelve professionals present
The conferences addressed varied and complementary themes. The speakers shared their knowledge on the benefits of regular physical activity, regaining your natural vitality, or even on practices such as foot reflexology, hypnosis and sophrology.
The meetings with the twelve professionals present made it possible to answer questions and thus contribute to improving the well-being of everyone, while respecting the rhythms of life and individual needs.
Le one-woman-show Ghost train and candy apple, the ups, the downs, life by Stéphanie Martinot, closed the day. She took the audience on a ride to the funfair to dare to talk about depression, cultivate joy and self-love.
Building on the success of this first day, the Bien-être et Vitalité en Beauce association has already announced its intention to repeat the event next year.
