Allergy Week: an event not to be missed!

Currently, it is estimated that one in three French people is allergic. In about twenty years, half of the population will be affected. Knowledge of the variety of clinical manifestations and the different mechanisms involved continues to improve.

On the occasion of World Allergy Week, from June 24 to 29, 2024, the French Union of Allergists is organizing an event to highlight the issues linked to allergic diseases and provide reliable information on the subject.

This year, food allergy is in the spotlight and the contents will be available online in their entirety. Not to be missed: on Saturday, June 29, a free training morning is open to GPs, led by Dr. Sarah Court Devilliers (president of ANAFORCAL Bourgogne Franche Comté) and Dr. Sébastien Lefèvre (president of CNPA). These specialists will address in particular allergies to cow’s milk proteins, peanuts and pollens.
