Anne Frackowiak-Jacobs, prefect of Creuse, presented a check for €5,000 to the Rose en marche association, early Thursday evening in the prefecture lounges.
As part of Pink October, the Sports, Cultural and Mutual Aid Association of the Creuse Territories (Ascet) organized, on June 28 at the Guéret stadium, an inter-administration football tournament open to all services of the State and public services of Creuse
.
“The goal was to raise funds. Twelve teams participated in an approach of conviviality and solidarity,” underlined Jérémy Aubreton, one of the members of Ascet. An initiative welcomed by the State representative in her intervention: “Thanks to you, we not only contribute to a just cause, but we also have a great time together,” added Anne Frackowiak-Jacobs, prefect of Creuse.
This year, the Rose en marche association, chaired by Doctor Michel Kapella, gynecological surgeon in Guéret, was chosen. It is a young association created in 2021.
“Beyond prevention, you support women affected by breast cancer and their loved ones. In your premises on rue Joseph-Ducouret, you offer a welcoming place, understanding listening and answers to questions asked. You also finance all these products which are not medical, but which nevertheless remain so necessary: cosmetics, hair care, skin care, hair prostheses, etc.,” recalled the prefect.
Participating administrations: prefecture, departmental council, remand center, SDIS, hospital center, Dirco, DDFiP de la Creuse.
