L hospital is recruiting a radio technician. Its main missions will be:

  • Reception and care of people (bedridden patients or not, users) in their field of activity
  • Installation of patients on the x-ray, scanner and MRI tables
  • Welcoming and educational support for students and trainees
  • Acquisition, processing and archiving of data in its field of activity while respecting the procedures in force on identitovigilance and confidentiality
  • Establishment, updating, implementation of procedures, protocols, instructions, specific to its field
  • Preparation and injection of diagnostic products
  • Monitoring the state of health of people (patients, children.) in its area of ​​intervention
  • Monitoring specific to its field of activity
  • Participation in the collection of acts in his field of activity
  • Ensures the implementation of safety instructions in the context of radiation protection
  • Update your knowledge regarding radiation protection

Its specific missions will be:

  • Carry out acts relating to medical imaging, functional explorations which contribute to prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment and research on medical prescription, under the responsibility of a radiologist
  • Ensure the installation and dose adjustments of the image intensifier in the operating room
  • Follow radiation protection rules
  • Enter into a continuing education process
  • Participate in working groups to improve patient care

This is a permanent contract of 37 hours. Gross monthly salary of 1,944 to 3,337 euros over 12 months with bonuses and catering.

Desired profile

Beginner accepted.

Bac+3, Bac+4 or equivalent training – RADIO MANIPULATOR is essential.

SKILLS :

  • Check the quality of a medical image
  • Develop a medical image
  • Seat the person, position the x-ray machine and take the image
  • Prepare the accessories (films, covers, medical-surgical equipment, etc.) and inform the person about the progress of the examination
  • Monitor the person’s reactions and tolerance when carrying out the radiological examination
