To maximize the performance of the cars, the Aerodynamics, Engineering and Performance departments have been reorganized into two separate teams: one dedicated to the circuit and the other based at the AMR technology campus, both under the supervision of Andy Cowell.
Mike Krack, appointed Chief Trackside Officer, will lead the team dedicated to track operations. Mike, who joined the team in 2022 as Team Principal, will continue to focus on optimizing the car’s performance in racing.
-The team based at the AMR technology campus will be led by the new Chief Technical Officer, Enrico Cardile. His team will focus exclusively on the competitive ingenuity challenge of designing a new racing car. Cardile will oversee the architecture, design and construction of future models.
Tom McCullough will retain a leadership role within the group, playing a crucial role in the team’s expansion into other racing categories. In 11 years with the team, Tom has contributed significantly to racing performances, most recently including nine podium finishes in Aston Martin Aramco colors.
Andy Cowell, PDG et Team Principal
Over the past three months, I have analyzed and evaluated our performance, and I have been impressed by the dedication, commitment and hard work of this team. With the completion of the AMR Technology Campus and our transition in 2026 to a 100% manufacturer team alongside our strategic partners Honda and Aramco, we are progressing toward our goal of becoming a champion team. These organizational changes are a natural fit within our multi-year plans, and I am extremely excited for the future.
