13th edition of cyclocross on the site of the Arjuzanx reserve in Menjuc and Petit Perricq

Organisation: CA Morcenais

Speaker: Jean Pierre Persillon

This 13th edition unfortunately did not receive the participation it deserves! Difficult to understand: of course Pierric's French Cup this weekend, of course the events the next day, November 11, but given the enthusiasm shown by the Landes, it's a shame!

Open-Elite-Espoirs

1st victory of the season for Audric Pasquet (Dordogne Sud Cyclisme)

2 Pierre Mathieu Pellier 3 David Mauhourat 4 Romain Diégo 5 Mathieu Cérésuela …

1st U 19 Jules Gautrais (CC Marmande 47)

In very pleasant weather, in the presence of the presidents of the NA regional committee, that of Landes, and Jean Claude Deyres, the former mayor of Morcenx, the events on the day's program were contested.

It was under the watchful eye of Pierre Bernet, the former cyclo-cross champion, that the riders evolved…. At 85 years old Orthézien 4th of a 1974 world championship, champion of 1965 and 1970, multiple times on the podiums was the guest of the organizers.

The equipment has evolved a lot, he admitted, but the pleasure of seeing all these young people evolve comforted him, the discipline is not dead!

The course, always remodeled by Serge Lortie, does not lapse into monotony.

From the youngest to the oldest, everyone was warmly welcomed by the “special attention” organizers. The kindness and comfort of the pancakes, pastries and drinks make you want to come back.

If last year they were absent, this year the cranes arrived at their dormitory on the lake as soon as the events were over, offering a beautiful spectacle for those who know how to appreciate it!!!

Aurélien Quilez was the quickest to take the lead before a trio of Audric Pasquet-Pierre Mathieu Pellier-David Mauhourat took the lead, never to be caught again.

The Bagnérais cyclo-cross rider, returning to the competition, held the lead for a long time before Audric Pasquet attacked frankly to finish the last 10 minutes alone.

Not yet at his best according to him, pain following a fall in the gene again, Audric Pasquet wins again on a circuit which succeeds perfectly for him.

Finishing 10 minutes before their elders, the “U 19” saw the victory of Jules Gautrais in his new colors of CC Marmande 47. 2th Erwan Hisinger 3th Mathys Estève
