Goals

The Pass Formation system complements the regional collective training offer and aims to:

Raise the qualification level of beneficiaries.

Facilitate access to qualified employment in the short and medium term.

- Meet the skills needs of businesses.

Typology of training courses

The system is structured into several parts:

1 – Meeting section: Support for training courses taking place in Reunion Island, which are certified and linked to professions in demand. Training organizations must have the “QUALIOPI” quality certification.

2 – National Mobility Component: Support for non-existent or saturated training courses in Reunion Island, taking place on the national territory.

3 – International Mobility Component: Support for qualifying or certifying training in Europe, non-existent or saturated in Reunion.

Nature of aid

Educational costs: The aid can reach up to €5,500 per project per year. Educational costs are paid directly to training organizations, with direct reimbursement possibilities for applicants.

Remuneration and social coverage: Beneficiaries receive monthly remuneration and have the status of professional training trainee.

Mobility assistance: additional flat-rate aid for air transport, installation and living expenses – subject to non-eligibility for LADOM schemes.

Course d’Admission

The national mobility component of the Training Pass may also include support for candidates in the selection and admission phases in certain identified establishments. When a candidate must travel for admission tests, the system covers air travel costs (up to €800 for a round trip) and grants flat-rate assistance for living expenses (€100 per day depending on the number of days indicated in the summons).
