To Julien Courbet, she notably reminded that it would be very difficult for store staff to manage if the majority of their customers showed up in store with their pets. An opinion that the person concerned found good and to which he then proposed a solution. “Perhaps we can wait for a turn outside, one animal at a time in the store, could that be a solution?” he suggested.
