What Kendji Girac refused: “I did a vocalization to see if my voice was still there. I was amazed to be able to tell myself that my voice is still there, and that I can sing again. At that moment, that was all I cared about. And so I say 'no' to Vianney, 'you have to write now. Stay in the studio and sing my feelings.' We talked and I told him what was in my heart. He was very moved that I tell him to continue.” “That was when we had to sing. Because the heart was wide open.
