Marlène Schaff joined the students of the Star Academy this Sunday, December 29 for the debrief. Ebony took the opportunity to confide in her discomfort during the previous day’s bonus.
A bonus that didn’t go well for everyone. This Saturday, December 28, the students of the Star Academy had carte blanche to prepare an exceptional show. They chose the colleges, but also the artists with whom they would be able to sing. Marine shared the stage with Lorie, Charles with Natasha St-Pier and Ebony with Ycare. The day after their performances, Marlène Schaff went to the castle to debrief the evening marked by Marguerite’s departure.
Ebony at her worst during the prime of the Star Academy
Marlène Schaff showed Ebony her duet with Ycare and asked her how she felt during this bonus. The young woman made no secret of the fact that she was not in the best shape. “Very stressed, I don’t know why. Before the prime even started, I was very stressed“, she confided. The teacher admitted that she felt that she was not feeling well and that it showed during her performance. “You had a lot of stress moves that you don’t usually have. […] You keep touching your ear. […] Same too, you were hiding, you never did that and so there, I said to myself: ‘Ooh, she must not be well,'” said Marlène Schaff. She reassured the academician by assuring her that these small gestures could be erased and confided that she was always very sad when she noticed that the students were not doing well. GOOD. “In fact, I feel like my body, in fact it happens a lot of times in my life that when I’m going to learn something negative, I know it beforehand. And before going on stage, I wasn’t feeling well at all“, explained Ebony.
Ebony (Star Academy) has not been well for several days
This is not the first time that Marlène Schaff has noticed that Ebony is not in top form. During the debrief the previous week, the teacher was concerned about the student’s state of health. “My head and neck hurt, I think I need to sleep“, indicated the young woman before saying she was suffering from a “extreme fatigue”. We can only hope that she feels better for the week’s evaluations which will be intense.
