A challenge that the finalist of the last season of Dancing with the stars – who will soon be a father for the second time – takes it very seriously. “This transformation has taken a big place in my daily life and I am happy to announce that I am moving slowly but surely towards good habits. he said on November 27 after losing 18.3 kilos in 105 days. This Monday, December 2, Nico Capone revealed his new weight on his Instagram channel. “I'm so proud. At the start of the year, I weighed 167 kilos and I'm 143.5 kilos. The road is long but we must continue”, announced the husband of Daniela Capone. Good news that he followed up with his new goal. “If I could still lose until the end of the year and be at 140 kilos, that would be truly incredible”he hoped before returning to his journey: “Remember, I was at the end of my rope, I didn't believe it at all, I was stagnating and I had no answers at that level so I pushed my body, I stopped think about it and it goes away by itself.”

Nico Capone isn't putting in all this effort just for himself. Already the father of a five-year-old boy, Mattia, he will soon welcome a second child whom he wants to make proud. “I am going to have another son and I hope to inspire him with pride in having me as a dad”he admitted. “I see the looks of certain people but I can't stop them from thinking what they want. It's a reality that I face but I can show them that I am much more than a ‘gros’“confided the influencer about the views of others before thanking his wife Daniela for her support: “I also do it for my wife. I know she loves me and has always supported me. She is often the most affected when comments are made about my appearance.”
