Complaints are piling up against Kanye West. Kim Kardashian's ex-husband has already been accused by former employees of abusive behavior and sexual assault against his former chief of staff. A new complaint was filed this Friday, November 22, in the federal court for the Southern District of New York.
It was in fact the American channel NBC which provided this information, having had access to the document. The rapper, who has already been sued for sexual harassment by Lauren Pisciotta, his ex-assistant, is now accused of having sexually assaulted but also strangled the actress and model Jenifer An.
The sexual assault dates back to 2010, on the set of a Kanye West Music video
Model actress Jenifer An thus accused the rapper, and the alleged acts were allegedly committed in 2010, during the filming of a music video at the Chelsea Hotel in New York. In her complaint, the alleged victim explains that the singer had chosen her among other models to appear in his music video. According to him, he ordered her to follow him to a suite, which had two chairs and a camera.
The rapper then allegedly strangled Jenifer An with one hand, then helped himself with the second. He would then
“shoved several fingers down her throat, pumped them in and out continuously, and gagged her to simulate forced fellatio,” is written in the complaint. He also allegedly shouted: “It's art. It's shitty art. I'm like Picasso.”
The complainant would have lost consciousness temporarily
The alleged victim accuses the rapper of having sexually assaulted her “in a manner similar to gagging porn/deep throat/BDSM fetish”, and even indicated that she was having difficulty breathing and that she had “the feeling of having temporarily lost consciousness”. The plaintiff added that when Kanye West was finished, his face was otherwise “covered in saliva and makeup”.
The actress Jenifer An wishes thus, fourteen years later, “holding abusers accountable through the justice system.” Yes the spa
“aggressors”, in the plural therefore, is pronounced, it is because it also accuses the label Universal Music Group of not having carried out an investigation into the facts denounced, although of great seriousness.
