Rejected at the casting, she bounced back very quickly
“I did it at first and got kicked out because I was laughing too much.” Chantal Goya confided, without filter, to Jordan de Luxe. Clearly, her personality did not really fit with what the production was looking for: “I was told: ‘You are so happy’. Well, that’s precisely the secret of my success, to have always laughed.” She then added: “I was told: ‘Enough’. I said, ‘I don’t care if I get fired because I have a big meeting now so I won’t have to wait and secondly, if I don’t have my legendary smile, it won’t ‘it’s not possible, it can’t be Chantal Goya.’ I always have the answer to everything.”

If TF1 did not choose it for Dance with the stars, on the other hand, the performer of the hit Panda Panda was in the sixth season of Mask Singer. Hidden under the Popcorn costume, she shone on stage before being unmasked by Inès Reg and being eliminated. A beautiful experience that enchanted her, as she told us exclusively: “It happened really fast. I had barely come in and I was already out. I was laughing to myself, but that’s the game. They recognized my voice… In these cases, it’s normal to be eliminated quickly!”It remains to be seen whether Chantal Goya will take on a new challenge soon, as she has stated that she wants to continue working as long as possible.
