A new challenge! At 67, Michel Cymes has been at the helm of numerous shows. If viewers know him mainly thanks to Health Magazine and the Extraordinary Power of the Human Body, the famous doctor
presents a brand new show : Who sleeps, loses! The great sleep experience. The principle ? Six personalists must spend 36 hours together in a loft without sleeping. Their nerves will thus be put to the test…

For Télé Cable Sat, Adriana Karembeu’s sidekick explained: “As a doctor, I agreed to do the show on the condition that not to put anyone in danger. In the German format, the guinea pigs do not sleep for sixty hours.”. Marie Portolano had specified: “There was a doctor behind the scenes. The personalities were cast according to their chronotype: short or heavy sleeper, lover of naps, etc. The goal is for people to have fun while learning things”.

Michel Cymes: “I fractured my thumb!”

Tuesday June 25, 2024, on the occasion of the broadcast of the program on France 2, Michel Cymes was invited on the set of C à vous, on France 5. So, Anne-Élisabeth Lemoine could not help but note that the famous doctor had a splint on his thumb.
I closed my car door really hard on my finger and I broke my thumb! This is to tell you that I hit very hard!”he exclaimed.

Referring to the match between France and Poland during Euro football, the host then said:
“Wasn’t it a disappointment after the French team’s result?”. To which his guest replied: “That was before! But there actually it’s starting to become problematic.

Michel Cymes had already dislocated his shoulder

This is not the first time that the doctor and host has been injured. A few years earlier, he had suffered a fall during his skiing vacation. Thursday March 8, 2018, on the set of Health Magazine, it was while he was wearing a huge splint to support his left shoulder that he indicated: “I dislocated my shoulder while playing skiing and I tore all my ligaments at once falling on the ice”.

Wishing to send a message of prevention, Michel Cymes specified: “When I fell, I also hit my head on the ice and if I hadn’t had my helmet on, I think I would never present the Health Magazine again. So when you go back to skiing, think about this little story and put on a helmet”.
