When Rob Shuter began working for Sean Combs in 2002, the rapper was at the height of his fame. “He founded the Bad Boy Records label in 1993, representing artists like Notorious BIG and Usher. In 1998, he created the Sean John clothing line. He delved into perfumes, alcohol and even started a media company, becoming the host of several reality shows where he made people stars” lists the former agent.
A lifestyle that would make the star paranoid? The rapper clearly attached great importance to his safety, says Rob Shuter. “There were always guns around Diddy. It was weird.”
His New York apartment was even equipped with metal detectors, the former agent continues, while his bodyguards wore guns strapped to their ankles.
However, the man denies having witnessed the behavior that the fallen star is accused of. “I saw the consequences, the imbalance of powerhe said. What I haven’t seen is what is now being alleged, which is just horrible.“
