His fans experienced a moment of anguish. In October 2023,
Savior Adam suffered pulmonary edema while on tour. The interpreter of Snow falls was forced to cancel part of its concerts. He therefore decided to
postpone the show to rest.

Six months later, the 80-year-old was finally able to
get back on stage. On Tuesday October 1st, he will also perform at the Olympia in . A highly anticipated return as he is now preparing to unveil two albumsincluding a double of unreleased songs.

Salvatore Adamo: “I recovered my breath and my energy”

Since his health problems occurred last year,
Salvatore Adamo is doing much better. “I regained my breath and my energy. Pulmonary edema disappeared thanks to diuretic treatments” he explained in the columns of Parisian.

Good news for the father of three, who has already given six concerts and is struggling to take a break in his career. He also indicated on this subject: “I try to slow down as best I can, but it’s not in my character. It has always been a total gift, to be worthy of this privilege that I have to be able to sing in front of an audience and do what I love”.

The singer is distressed by the end of his career

If Salvatore Adamo has many professional projects, he is gradually considering the end of his career. The octogenarian admits that his new album could be
the lasteven if his decision has not yet been made. “Each album is a big investment and an anxiety that affects my health” he confided.

After more than 60 years of career, Salvatore Adamo admits to being “more and more anxious”. He therefore hopes to be able to say goodbye in a dignified manner. He notably admitted: “I try to give the best of the moment and I have the fear of making one album too many, of falling into pathos, also on stage”. A very mature thinking from the one who is aware that he needs more rest than in his youth.
