A few days ago, we gave you news about little Juanita Solis, played by Madison De La Garza, in the series “Desperate Housewives”. The 22-year-old is pregnant with her first child. And that’s not the only feeling of aging you’ll have this month! Indeed, on television, the series “My beloved witch” is celebrating her 60th birthday. And with her, a character that no one has forgotten!

Actress Erin Murphy then played young Tabatha Stephens. She was the daughter of Samatha Stephens (aka Elizabeth Montgomery) and Darrin Stephens (aka Dick York), on the small screen. Broadcast from 1964 to 1972, this cult series made her known around the world, when she was still a child.

The little one from “My Beloved Witch”

A few days ago, on September 17, 2024, the star shared a message on Instagram. The actress had fun: “Do you want to feel old? The first episode of ‘My Beloved Witch’ aired 60 years ago today, September 17, 1964“.

And to add: “AND little Tabatha (me!) is 60 years old!“. Specifically, Erin Murphy celebrated her 60th birthday on June 17, 2024, exactly three months before the series’ anniversary.

What happened to Tabatha?

In a 1999 interview with People magazine, the actress said she never watched the series as a child. And for good reason, it was broadcast after bedtime.

Since the filming of “My beloved witch“, Erin Murphy has appeared in more than 80 television commercials. She reached the top, in a laundry detergent spot filmed with Ronald Reagan.
