When she was only 25 years old, Tatiana de Rosnay was dragged by a friend to a party where she didn’t really want to go. A little obliged to follow her girlfriend who was determined to bring her to this dinner, the writer finally meets the man of her life: Nicolas Jolly. A love at first sight that she recounted in front of Frédéric Lopez on the show A Sunday in the countryside broadcast on November 6, 2022.
“In fact, a dear friend forced me to go to a party by telling me she was going to introduce me to a friend she hadn’t seen in a long time. She introduces me to a rather charming guy. At one point a lovely young blonde woman arrives, who rushes towards him who was perhaps 19 years old, she tells him that she is tired and would like to go home. And then I said to myself okay I will leave this scene with dignity. And I’m leaving…” begins the author of the book Her name was Sarah.
Finally, Nicolas catches up with her and explains: “She’s my sister“. Relieved, Tatiana de Rosnay confides: “Okay, so hope is reborn wildly and we exchange phone numbers. We saw each other again maybe ten days later and when we told this mutual friend who introduced us that we were going to get married and that she was going to be a witness she told us ‘But you are completely sick, take your time. Live together’“. A very quick decision since the couple decided to get married.”after a month or two“and who hasn’t been since”never left“.

Having become the mother of Louis and Charlotte with Nicolas Jolly, Tatiana de Rosnay also spoke of the man she considers her soul mate to our colleagues at the magazine ELLE. “My rock, my safeguard, my anchor. This photo makes me laugh because it is so kitsch. We were in an alley in Ischia. I was given a rose and a local photographer asked us to pose. Usually, I never buy the photos, but here, we fell in love” she revealed with love.
