Haute-Garonne is celebrating the 9th edition of Nuits de la lecture with a varied program: exhibitions, creative workshops, shows, improvised comedy and interactive conferences on the theme of heritage.

The departmental archives of Haute-Garonne in are organizing a special evening for Reading Nights. After a fun stroll around historical letters, the public will be able to entrust the writing of unusual letters to a fanciful typist. An upcycling workshop will also allow you to create unique notebooks by reusing old papers. Cutting, collage and layout will be on the program to celebrate heritage in an original way. The Détours bookstore in Nailloux on January 24, welcomes the company Drouille d’Embrouille for “ in the Game,” an improvised comedy. The Saint-Lys Radio museum is organizing a conference on genealogy on Saturday January 25 at 4:30 p.m., as part of Reading Nights. Jean-Pierre Villeneuve, from the Genealogical Entraide du Midi Toulousain association, will present the tools and methods for retracing one's family history.
