Eaglestone Belgium and Foresite are preparing to carry out a major project near Porte de Hal, in Brussels. In total, no less than 30,000 m2 will thus be redeployed along Boulevard de Waterloo, divided into two buildings currently occupied by the Régie des Bâtiments and rented to it by Axa Real Estate. A purchase commitment with the owner was signed for an acquisition to be made in December 2026, when the employees of the administrative services of the FPS Justice will have deserted the premises (to eventually integrate the Instruction building of the Eurostation complex, opposite the station of Brussels-Midi).
