Position 1: a Claims Manager (F/M)
SUNU Assurances IARD Ivory Coast is recruiting a Claims Manager (F/M)
Contribute to optimal claims management, customer satisfaction and insurance contract beneficiaries in accordance with the commitments made by the company.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Record customer claims and compensation requests.
- Analyze claims files to accurately determine the amount of compensation that can be offered.
- Possibly negotiate the amount of compensation with the parties concerned when the situation warrants it.
- Propose the settlement and/or service solution adapted to the needs of the insured and to conventional management procedures.
- Inform customers in their procedures throughout their compensation process.
- Evaluate claims files in accordance with lump sum amounts and/or expert reports.
- Participate in the drafting of the monthly activity report and the review of claims files.
- Prepare grim statistics.
PROFILE
Minimum Bac +3 training in insurance or law with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an insurance company, specifically in Claims.
REQUIRED QUALITIES

Under the supervision of the Sales Department, sales representatives will have to develop the sales network’s turnover through local sales promotion.
MISSIONS
- Develop sales and prospect new customers.
- Advise, negotiate and conclude the sale of insurance contracts.
- Be able to present accurately and sincerely the insurance contracts marketed by SUNU Assurances.
- Have the insurance proposals corresponding to the contracts taken out completed and signed.
- Monitor the customer portfolio.
- Transmit the productions made daily.
- Participate in meetings and all other team activities and monitor the market.
