EXCLUSIVE. Since March, at least six City Club sports halls have been the subject of legal action by the CNSS which obtained judgments for the auction targeting the business assets. The management of City Club will appeal these decisions which were “made without its knowledge, without it being able to defend its arguments before the judges”. According to our sources, the group intends to invoke moratoriums signed with the CNSS.
