Lausanne, June 26, 2024 – The Board of Directors has appointed Kristel Rouiller as future director of the Human Resources department of the Vaudoise Assurances Group from 1is November 2024, as well as Bruno Férolles as future director of the Personal Insurance department. He will join Vaudoise on the 1stis October 2024 and will replace from 1is January 2025 Jacques Marmier on the Management Committee. The latter will retire during the year 2025 after twenty-eight years within the Group.

Aged 47, Kristel Rouiller has more than twenty years of experience in the field of human resources in various Swiss and international companies. Holder of an EMBA from IMD Business School, a Master’s degree in occupational psychology (Universities of Neuchâtel and Bern), since 2018 she has been Director of Human Resources for a major insurance company. Kristel Rouiller is married and mother of two children.

Aged 48, Bruno Férolles draws on more than twenty years of experience in asset management and insurance. Holder of a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Economic Sciences from HEC Lausanne, he has already worked for the Vaudoise Group from 2013 to 2022 within the Asset Management department as deputy director and member of the extended management. Bruno Férolles is married and father of two children.

Bruno Férolles will succeed Jacques Marmier who will retire during 2025 after a career of more than thirty-five years in the world of insurance. He began his career with another company in Lausanne before joining Vaudoise in 1996 as head of individual life, then member of the extended management. Since 2012, he has been director of the Personal Insurance department. He will take advantage of the transition months between the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025 in order to hand over the department to his successor in the best conditions.
