After organizing its general assembly in March, the association Unis vers SEL de l’Agenais organized an event on Saturday June 15.
The members of the association Unis vers SEL (1) of Agenais (Local exchange system), chaired by Claudie Maurice met on Saturday June 15 in the morning.
Nine hikers set off from the Lary wash house in Colayrac-Saint-Cirq for a walk where the group was able to discover or rediscover beautiful viewpoints. Expected to be rainy, the weather was mild. And with a determined step, the hikers headed towards the municipal hall of Monbran, the end point of the hike.
This day for the association continued with Hélène, for her part, leading a body awakening workshop. On the menu: stretching, energy circulation and self-massage. Practitioners felt like “suspended time in the open air, with a light breeze and gentle sunshine.”
Then comes time for a meal, Spanish inn style, outdoors where everyone’s specialties were shared. An exchange started at 2:30 p.m. Finally, it’s time to concentrate on making origami objects in the workshop led by Claudie. All this in an excellent atmosphere.
