Position 1: Responsible for the cards back office
Candidate profile
HND/BSc in Accounting/Business Administration/Information Technology/Computer Science.
Experience with information systems such as online ordering tools, customer relationship management, document converters, etc.
A good understanding and use of SAP is an advantage, as well as mastery of Business Objects.
Activities
– Ensure fast and accurate daily personalization of an average of 800 B2B and B2C cards for customers in all 36 states.
– Prepare and analyze survey reports for over 502 FTEs to ensure a minimum of 90% daily surveys at over 480 stations currently using Total Card and 13 customer service centers, in accordance with global group procedure for PC1.
– Make price changes for all products configured on the TotalEnergies card platform after confirming the necessary approvals.
– Make changes in dealerships related to station profiles and follow up with SAD to ensure sales revenue is posted to the correct account.
– Maintain records of consumables used in the card business (e.g. EPT, stationery) to ensure timely replenishment of these consumables to the back office.
– Maintain accurate and proper records of over 100,000 cards worth €1 million across different card stock types and ensure sufficient card stocks.
– Provide technical support to approximately 480 gas stations, 13 CSCs and partner users, in person, by email or by telephone. This includes, where applicable, resolving technical issues.
– Ensure the quarterly destruction of cards.
– Payment confirmation on SAP for daily credit of over N3 million on newly personalized cards.
– Testing of innovations and all approved integrations.
– Inventory of expired cards returned by the front office and ensure their proper conservation with the Card Business Manager or the sales administrator.
Context and environment
– The post holder will be based at the Lagos Headquarters and report to the Card Business Manager.
– He is responsible for the innovation and efficiency of after-sales service.
– You fully participate in the daily activities of the Back office while ensuring a precise and efficient response to customer requests.
– Be the solution provider between card business (F/O) and third parties, i.e. customers, service stations, card customers, head office staff and territory staff .
