Job title 1: Digital Distribution and Partnerships Manager

Main mission :

Define and lead the distribution strategy for digital banking products and services, based on different customer segments.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Exploitation of data and coordination of prospecting
– Collect and analyze data to better understand customer needs and continually improve the offering of products and services;
– Identify commercial opportunities using digital and traditional prospecting methods, and direct sales teams towards such opportunities.

Monitoring of the customer portfolio and proposal of offers
– Supervise the implementation of the bank’s commercial policy regarding the distribution of the digital offer;
– Monitor the equipment rate and implement corrective actions;
– Adapt commercial proposals according to the specific needs of each market segment;
– Coordinate the management of complaints.

Analysis of commercial performance and related revenues
– Monitor performance indicators, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust actions accordingly;
– Ensure the completeness of commissions collected through digital products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SKILLS
▪ BAC + 4 minimum in commerce, marketing or banking;
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of commercial animation, ideally in the banking sector;
▪ Experience in marketing digital products and services (banking sector)
▪ Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset.

Main mission :

Contribute to the establishment and management of a risk management system enabling the identification, analysis, evaluation, control and monitoring of the bank’s operational risks.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Identification, assessment and treatment of risks
• Participate in the identification and evaluation of all operational risks within the scope of its work;
• Monitor the implementation of action plans to correct incidents that have occurred;
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of the operational incident database following the declarations made;
• Participate in the review of business processes (operations, credits, cash registers and counters, general resources, etc.), in order to identify significant risk points not covered. Determine and monitor action plans to control the risks linked to these processes;
• Analyze control reports from Permanent Control, Compliance and Internal Audit in order to determine weaknesses in operational processes.

Surveillance and monitoring of risks
• Monitor risk appetite indicators and investigate any identified excesses;
• Ensure surveillance and monitoring of risks via alert systems;
• Carry out site visits to ensure the proper functioning of the physical and logical security system.

Participation in the implementation of the risk management system
• Participate in the development, monitoring and updating of the global risk map;
• Contribute to the establishment of a system for collecting, analyzing and processing the information necessary for exhaustive identification of risk areas and operational losses;
• Participate in the development of the bank’s business continuity plan by taking into account operational risk categories
• Provide support to operational functions to control all risks linked to new products and activities;
• Participate in the development of regulatory reporting (crisis simulation report on significant risks).

Other activites
• Write risk communications to raise awareness and develop the risk culture of bank employees;
• Participate in training sessions for operational risk correspondents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SKILLS
▪ Bac + 4/5 in Audit, Control, Banking and Finance, Accounting or any other similar diploma;
▪ Minimum experience of 02 (years) years in a similar position preferably in a banking environment or in an audit firm;
▪ Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset.
