While many are lucky enough to do a job that they are passionate about, others are just trying to find one that suits them without impacting their mental health. If it can also bring them more money, that’s even better. To find out what the star professions will be next year, the research firm Robert Half conducted the survey.
Which professions will be the most profitable in 2025?
Robert Half based itself on the professions which experienced a salary increase in 2024 in order to establish this ranking. They released their annual “salary guide” on October 9.
The big winner in the ranking is that of human resources which saw a 6% increase in salaries. Next come legal functions with an increase of 3.4%.
These jobs would be the ones that make you happiest
IT and digital functions see a 2% increase, while accounting and finance will see salaries increase by 0.7%.
How can we explain that these professions are booming? On the one hand, by technological advances including artificial intelligence (for professions in IT and the digital world). Human resources ensure the well-being of employees, which is also starting to take up more and more space in companies. The legal and financial sectors are safe values: we always need them in business and in private life.
