NowEdge, the Technopark startup that reinvents learning through gamification – Telquel.ma

REnhancing employee engagement and promoting collective intelligence within companies is at the heart of the ambitions of NowEdge, created in 2020 at the Technopark in Casablanca. The company aims to support HR teams in significantly improving efficiency, skills retention and employee engagement.

“We have developed a SaaS platform specializing in Serious Games, educational games designed in a “learning by doing” approach, allowing users to immerse themselves in concrete and interactive scenarios, thus promoting real-time decision making and problem solving,” explains Youssef Jbel, co-founder of the startup.

Concretely, NowEdge offers a range of ready-to-use games that can be personalized according to the needs of businesses. “Each game is designed to meet specific needs, with relevant themes and clearly defined educational objectives, covering various areas such as professional training, onboarding, or even change management,” adds Jbel.

In addition to offering a personalized gamified experience, the platform makes it possible to adapt each game to HR objectives, in particular to support specific training courses, integrate new employees (onboarding) or support company transformation initiatives.

Today, four years after its creation, NowEdge employs a team of 7 people and has already convinced several large groups to deploy its solutions in strategic sectors such as industry and banking and insurance in Morocco. This success illustrates the strong potential of gamification to profoundly transform training and employee engagement methods, thanks to immersive and interactive experiences.
