Flavy Levavasseur, Julie Delafontaine and Amélie Levitte are students in the second year of a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) commercial at the FIM Campus 2 group. As part of their training, they had to set up a project. With three of their comrades, they chose to organize a conference on blood donation and, in conjunction with the French Blood Establishment (EFS), to set up a blood sample at Pôle Agglo 21. “We wanted an action that would provide real benefit. Our project was very well received by the EFS”, declares Amélie Levitte. Their project is titled “I saved three lives. And what are you waiting for? “.

“The event takes place at Pôle Agglo 21. We have several partners, Saint-Lô Agglo, the city of Saint-Lô and the FIM group work-study office,” adds Amélie Levitte. Julie Delafontaine specifies: “The snack for donors is offered by food brands”. Flavy Levavasseur adds: “A partnership with a Bayeux florist will allow us to offer a pink rose to donors in connection with Pink October. It’s our little personal touch. »

Tuesday October 15, 2024, at Pôle Agglo 21 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., conference by Ludivine Beaufils of EFS. Blood donation from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
